It doesn't bring the annual gross income which is huge in helping someone to decide if the deal is worth it.

Doing so will help others to not make the same mistakes and disarm scammers in certain cases.

If anyone has referrals or knows of reliable channels (like Google or specific websites) for finding licensed contractors in the High Point/Jamestown/Greensboro area, I would really appreciate your input.Also, any helpful tips and experiences related to construction, dealing with appraisals, titles, and refinancing would be incredibly valuable.

Fortunately, the markets helped me and I made money from the sale of the assets - but I did not make much in cash flow, which is why I bought the properties. 

Given its history as a rental, potential buyers may need help envisioning it as a home.
