I'm not that familiar about the situation of the Indian Rupee, since I have no interest in investing in that country for the time being.The euro reached 1,58 vs the USD during the 2008 economic crisis.   

Personal taxes and business taxes will continue to rise as their state budgetary crisis does. 

You may find turnovers being higher than you expect so make sure you can survive if real and economic occupancy is lower than you expect. 

Do you know the city and the economic factors?

If anything, this crisis has made that abundantly clear. 

And some economic areas will never return to the way they were before due to new regulations, automation, and changed consumer preferences.

Could "Bad Debt" also be considered "economic vacancy"?

There's no use in being 100% physically occupied and 0% economically occupied.

This is my first recession/crisis since leaving the military. 

We all need to do our part in this thing to get us back on track economically.
