Not event putting paint on walls.Class B property for us means it likely needs paint, and new flooring.Class C property will be when we strip it of everything; flooring, cabinets, appliances.. roof could need replacing, inside and outside doors, any amount of work that’s more that putting down paint and flooring.

We had a similar situation last year and put a couple visuals (sheet of paper on the wall with picture) we could change (adding another closet in the master by taking space from the adjoining room - blue taped floor (2k+), extra pantry cabinet (800$$+) ended up selling the weekend after we did all the options and the buyer didn’t even want it, I think they just wanted to know it was fixable if they really really wanted to.

I would not put ikea cabinets or other knock down cabinets in a million dollar home but in $50k homes I would put them in all day long.

Lately, I have been traveling a lot so I'm rarely home nowadays but I was wondering if I were to put my condo's 1 bedroom as a private room on Airbnb and give the customer access to everything in the unit except my own room, do I need an LLC?
