The world is speeding up and change is happening at a faster rate.also  People mature and then understand simple math concepts.. let me pay rent and I get no value other than a roof over my head .. or let me pay mortgage which is the same payment or even less in many areas.. and at least if I stick it out till the house is paid for I have some savings..

I was talking about a more advanced concept of doing real estate deals INSIDE your retirement accounts.

A properly run business can not function in this manner but, aside from the concept of real estate  investing being a business, most prefer not to see it that way. 

This brings up a bigger concept of personal responsibility and making an attempt to educate yourself.

What you presented was more like a number of different concepts, based on assumptions, guesses and info not yet accumulated.A plan is based on actual numbers, with actual properties, and actual examples thought all the way through.
