Just my opinion, but unless you can find an investment guaranteed to make you a higher percentage than your current loan rates, Prosper or student loans, it is better to pay down the debt, although I am not sure about that Prosper loan and if it has prepayment penalties, which would have to be considered.

In he absence of a corporate guarantor, there are companies that will actually act as a guarantor for the lease for a fee of one months rent depending they do their own due diligence on the tenant andin the case of my current tenant, he was responsible for or paying the guarantee company(hoshogaisha).

I'm only looking to buy and hold properties for now, with maybe a little single house flipping down the road once I've gotten my feet wet into this venture.Thanks in advance for replys, I can't guarantee I'll have internet access to respond all the time but certainly enjoy the enthusiasm this website has towards helping and educating beginners to become successful.

I guess it just bugs me that I have to personally guarantee it (my personal credit is excellent), but they will still treat it completely like a business loan with business terms.
