This is really random but what are some tips on washing machines/ dryers for a multi-family property?

What I mean by that is when comparing colors in South Florida (where I spent 14 years until recently) to colors in my home area (Wash DC), there's a significant difference.

But it doesn’t grow as much if you have a newer home that’s been remodeled and your extra payments on your mortgage go into your equity (principal paydown) only for you to see a 5% appreciation loss depending on your market and that money being washed away.

Since the craze that really took off in 2018, we are already seeing lots of xeriscaped properties that have been overgrown with weeds, washed away down to the soil, or blown away down to weed barrier.

That had to be one great money making machine. 

I just closed yesterday and my $180K loan had a 1% origination fee, but I got a lender credit for $1800 so it was a wash.

Is this typical for a car wash?

At this point the American job creation machine has been severely impacted but household formation sits in an interesting place given millennials and their stages of life which over the next 0 - 5 years puts them in the prime home buying age group.
