Contractors aren't working right now and personally I'm trying to limit my trips to Home Depot and public stores/places for supplies, so it's slow going. 

Hi all, I had been looking for a multiplex residential property, but while searching I have come across a commercial property with a good long term lease store and 2 additional apartments upstairs . 

Are you able to get those numbers and compare them to other stores? 

Although I see the deals coming strictly from warehouses

she has never owned the house, never paid my grandparents rent.She just moved out into her boyfriends... has left 90% of the belongings in house, ripped up the carpeting her and her bf put in maybe a year or 2 ago... also has left empty cans/bottles in the basement because she "cant store them in her car" , I had to force her to give back the keys (she moved out end of March) which she just gave them to me on April 5th.I have someone who will be renting the 1st floor and this is all holding things up.

We are looking to purchase warehouses and/or commercial spaces for businesses mainly (single or multi offices). 

There could be some prime locations that will weather this storm but brick-n-mortar store where struggling before this pandemic because of online retail.

As retail continues it's online shift, products go from storefronts to warehouses. 

If you are in a more rural area or where the city is alright with it, you could rent it to someone to store a trailer or car. 

The poster children for this are the department store anchor and the dying mall.
