@Nisarg Gandhi, Job related reasons like a transfer should qualify you to take a proration of the maximum gain. 

At least in NJ, the transfer from 2 to 3 is a big difference in zoning, inspections, and requirements.

But the relationship between zdeposit and bank is partnership, not ownership.

The App shows each transaction individually but will lump payments together to be transferred into your bank account if you receive more than one on a given day.

As a first time buyer I would suggest looking for something that will not cause you a lot of sleepless nights and sour you on the feeling of home ownership.

You don't state how the vesting was when you transferred- get a title report now with history back before you purchased and see how it was transferred to him.   

The assignment contract should be very clear on limiting your liability, transfer recourse to end buyer.
