I am waiting for the lender to call for the rate and the down, I have to speak with my tax person, I should have an estimate on the insurance tomorrow, and I have a few real estate people on the line but I am scared as hell that I might make a mistake and buy and then the market tanks.

We will get copy of lease tomorrow before signing.

@Lee Ripma I have a walk through tomorrow with the city's Senior Building Inspector where I can find out what the city expects to be done before they will allow it to be rented.

We are in a mature market and I'm not saying the recession will start tomorrow, but we are closer to a downturn now that the recovery is 10 years old.
