Maybe we ought to teach them to better methods.Perhaps this is why most people seem to dislike bandit signs (including our BP hosts, @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin).

Maybe they teach that, in their schools.

The gurus teach to just do it but you need to protect your self and this is the place to do it.

My wife and I will be looking for a mentor, a good mentor to show us the right paths to take, to teach us and act as a foundation while we build our own foundation.

In The Red Pill Podcast and TenMinuteSkill  I teach that wholesaling (aka "Assignment of Contract") should be a part of every Realtors® "toolbox" of skills.For Realtors®, the Code of Ethics is very clear.  

I wish I knew more about (employee stock ownership plans), but I have only briefly read up on them.The issue I have seen 1st hand, in construction especially,  is you teach someone the trade and then when you have them trained the way you want; to the point that you could leave the jobsite and be confident things get done correctly; they whine that they aren't making more money.

Having said that, part of mentoring is teaching mentees how to be a good mentee.  

None teach real estate, they may give suggestions as to marketing methods of real estate, but you won't learn real estate to invest in real estate.

We both agreed that it would probably be best to teach them the work from the ground up.
