Assuming that the exact same parcel (no more, no less) sold previously, and you have a copy of the prior deed from the title search that your abstractor did for you, you could copy the legal description from the prior deed, word for word (diligently).Then you'd need the seller to execute the deed in a way that is consistent with West Virginia law.

You need to check with your State, in Florida you will have to pay sales tax on any rental agreements of 6 months or less so check for any possible sales tax liability.

They do require that a permit be acquired (super easy) and hotel tax get paid (a little more complex but there are ways to make it easy), but otherwise there are no regulations to speak of.
