I have been using RESS software to send mailers, but it has become very troublesome and inaccurate lately.

Best ways to get tenant applications, screening tenants, collecting rent, banking, taxes (with or without creating a LLC), self managing the property and/or tenants, and everything else that comes with renting a place. 

What software do you suggest using?

Some of your photos seem small and dark - I'd either retake them or adjust the brightness with some photo editing software.
