Wholesalers are putting property under contract with no intention of buying, so they are technically signing contracts on behalf of others.I believe wholesaling should be outlawed in every state for this very reason. 

Right now, we manage over 150+ units that are on the Section 8 program so we're very familiar with it.This investment strategy definitely has it's pros and cons.
