The goals I hope to attain from becoming a real estate invertor is control over my financial future, fuel the love I have for properties, freedom from a life stuck in a 9-5 working for someone else and ultimately create a substantial amount of passive income to allow me the freedom gain irreplaceable family time as my wife and I decide to grow our family as well as travel more than a normal 9-5 would allow.I look forward to soaking up all the knowledge I can from this site and connecting with you all.

My main concern is safety, but the good news is, I'm willing to travel up to an hour outside of central Houston for the location.

I got lucky that the sister just took over the lease. 

I want to be financially free and be able to travel with my wife that is my ultimate goal in life.

I myself live on the Eastern side of CT and frequently travel to Fairfield County, I prefer to keep my money on the eastern side where properties are cheaper and the rents are still good.

Before that I worked for an NGO for 13 years in staff development and part-time construction work, traveling to over 20 countries. 

He will sign the papers and take ownership for a certain dollar amount  The son us in the Army traveling and he told me, "I don't want to have anything to do with the house, let the city take it, I'm not claiming it."

My job is in Burlington County now, so I am always out looking at potential properties in my travels.  

But as for my $450 home inspection, and 2-$200 plane tickets along with all the other travel expenses and days taken off work, am I just screwed??

I also live in the hills do sound travels and bounces around at night.
