Has anybody used an AI program as a back up or check, or for preliminary screening on any investment properties?

This is my first time through the screening process, and I had everything dialed in to screen multiple applicants and choose the best based on a set of criteria. 

or "Where do you find the time to screen all those tenant application and do those showings?" 

Do you have the time & tools to properly advertise the home, screen Tenants and write a lease?

Now its in my court to begin pre-screening from scratch some random person vs receiving an email with my fave 5 questions already answered. 

I list on Zillow and Apartments.com and then screen, screen,screen.

So I can't even open my window without wondering when her cat is going to come push on my screen and scare my child.

Yes they did a horrible job screening.

I do apologize that you're dealing with this situation (never easy); but once you're ready, there are definitely some great resources out there that can help you to get the place rented fast (ie. publish a single listing and that listing is then automatically syndicated to 10+ platforms; thorough tenant screening tools, so you can mitigate your risks of having to deal with something like this again; as well as leases, online rent collection, and maintenance tracking).

Screen the applicant just like you would in all other ways.
