I do apologize that you're dealing with this situation (never easy); but once you're ready, there are definitely some great resources out there that can help you to get the place rented fast (ie. publish a single listing and that listing is then automatically syndicated to 10+ platforms; thorough tenant screening tools, so you can mitigate your risks of having to deal with something like this again; as well as leases, online rent collection, and maintenance tracking).
