I'm hoping someone can possibly give me some advice on helping improve my score more specifically utilization....I recently put an engagement ring on a no interest credit card for 24 months.

All of our cash (50k) and about 25k worth of credit card debit will be in this place.  

Haven't used credit cards for 6 years or had a mortgage for 2 years.

Can anyone show me a preview of their marketing campaign to cash buyers (yellow letter) or post cards.

I have not done this yet but am contemplating it for the future to have private lender (or investor) experience in the toolkit (even if I do not need the capital).100% leverage can be a house of cards...you can turn off investor distributions but not debt payments.  

As soon as you turn 18 you will want to get a credit card to start building your credit.

Call them or mail them a post card. 

@Karen Rittenhouse- I just sent a hand-written card similar to this one for a house around the corner from us that is vacant.

PS: A large part of the down payment would be financed with credit card balance transfers, which are currently running at the equivalent of 3% interest.
