@Lex NunezJust a thought but you might consider picking the CRM you want to use long term even though it sounds like you really don't need a robust solution at this time.The reason I say that is b/c if you are planning to scale up you are going to have to learn the new software anyway.

They can provide strategic planning so that you minimize your taxes each year.I like to make sure to have a strategy at the beginning of the year (usually just after tax season) to go over my projected income, projects, new acquisition expectations, etc.
