My advice would be to make sure your purchase and sale agreement has a marketing & assignability clause so you protect your rights to promote not only the contract but the property.

i think was because my property is larger but older, and i think having below market will give me that extra edge in getting larger tenant pooli think 3bedroom 1.5bath (slightly newer) is rent around $1450, and i have 4bed 3bath, but with older house, it's probably not as fancy. i posted on zillow on Sunday for $1550 and only had 3 inquire so far, one being section 8but i think you are right, it's just my personal flaw that i think my rents is always slightly lower if not greatly lower than market for all my other rental property, which i was doing just fine with low interest rate, but 7.625% is kinda annoying now.
