Is that really a positive number?

The economy, both the US and the entire world, is really in a precarious position.

This property has given my a positive cash flow.

First instinct was to visit him and introduce him to the family Louisville Slugger.However, I'm usually a positive guy, so there has to be a way to fix this, right?

The key is the equity position and the amount you personally are willing to "put at risk".

Wouldn't prices have to fall very sharply to create this situation, and even if he'd only paid off a little of the mortgage wouldn't he still be in a fairly good position?

Sadly though too many times in today's society, (prime example being our President), the amount of effort you put into this or other areas of education no longer seems to matter much when it comes to positions of authority.

If you have a buyer who is ready to bring 10k to the table and all of the other numbers work, then it appears you are in a good position.
