Congrats on gaining the knowledge and lead :)  Best advice is to keep at it and be patient as it can take time for deals to convert - especially if you are reaching out to them and asking if they want to sell and they weren't already in the market to sell.

Hi Neil,I'm building a flipping business and am working on my first flip, but to find properties I've been doing the following:- Networking at REIA meetings- Working with an investor friendly realtor who is patient and knows the type of property I am looking for- Build a network of wholesalers, join their email lists, check their websites- Telling anyone who will listen what I'm looking forI've gone to a few properties that I've found on Craigslist, but they have been way overpriced and needed more work than they were worth.

when i made that last payment the teller said it would take a few weeks for them to record the satisfaction.
