Also it includes Blue Hammer to help you estimate repairs and it includes a section that collects information and presents various reports including valuation reports.All this said, it is $99 per month and I am also concerned that it is a bit pricey.Maybe as I get more experience I will find the same capabilities for less elsewhere.

The link posted above makes your remodel look terrible, and this place is still cheaper and looks way better too https://www.zillow.com/homedet... . 3 blocks to a bay, is not really a selling point, 3 blocks to an ocean with a public access walkway is.

one part is blue collar & lost their jobs turned foreclsorure/SS yada yada.Point I'm trying to make is once the inventories of foreclosures are minimized, you will see some years of steep appreciation given the huge drop in recent years.Most people were all giddy over their big appreciaton during the boom days yet now run for the hills & some are even afraid to buy thinking more declines could be on the horizon.Irrational pessimism I call it. :)
