It can take several weeks to get a S8 tenant thru the process, during which time I have to turn down numerous applications, so the holding fee is required for us to go thru the process.

After that I am cut off and forced to use other sites that aren't as accurate.In conclusion, Whitepages is an effective tool for getting in contact with property owners but I am curious to see if anyone has alternative methods/websites that they use that are more effective and help address my complaints.

I get daily hot sheets from numerous states were our teams bid at Trustee sales or Sheriff sales.Today the one I get in Vegas EVERY sale is postponed.of course this is going nationwide so all that inventory is going to get bottled up instead of hitting the market.Although foreclosures are way down .. still takes a lot of inventory off the market.. keeps listings from OREO brokers etc etc.And I suspect those in the NPN business's are going to have things pile up to

I have started my new list this week and so far I’ve read;- bigger pockets book on managing rental properties- the book on rental property investing - thousand splendid suns- Kite runner- Richest man in Babylon - The smart investor - Think and grow rich (These books can include reads like the alchemist, which just help give views on life, but ideally right now I’m looking to find more on investment strategies between the vehicle of stocks and real estate: particularly multi unit) I’m looking for books that help enlighten us, as well for grow my knowledge in the realms of the overall investing mindset, theories, business startup and set up, management, accounting, financial and global economic understanding, and the “monopoly 1031 exchange method” As we all know we have a lot of time now locked in doors, so please let me know!

On Airbnb there is no way to do this- the only work around would be to takeover his Airbnb account and add yourself as the payout method and then make yourself a cohost so you don’t beed to log between accounts.
