One of the workarounds I have seen is if the agency is only required to have a physical address, you can get a UPS store box.

Be sure you are specific about the application for a business card as these cards are not reported to the consumer agencies.  

Agency or non agency?

Many Brokers will not allow their Agents to do a Dual Agency (represent both the Seller and the Buyer in the same transaction).

I'm going to try and call around to HVAC / duct cleaning companies etc to see if they offer any mitigation services, but would love to hear if anyone has had experience with this type of thing.2) My tenant has reached out to the Department of Health and I'm wondering if anyone has any knowledge of how this or other government agencies might be able to intervene? 

You could look into an agency small balance loan which does bet $1mm - $5mm.
