Good times....I used to think it was cloudy too until I realized that it was always clear on Sundays - that's when all the factories are shut down.The pool and gym in my complex were closed daily from 11am-1pm so as "to give people two choices - a morning or afternoon session - instead of just one".

My credit which is usually in the mid to upper 700s in the upper 600s right now due to the new card and mainly the debt utilization rate I presume.

@Jacob W. in general the areas inside the I 630 are good choice. this areas looks fine according to the Crime map here.Perhaps try to get First home buyers loan with low deposit.

I am assuming the house is not in a great neighborhood.However, if he is not in a rush, I bet you can find a buyer in 150-185 range because it is still a cheap investment for out of state investors.Your main problem, you will need a cash buyer.
