Options are limited but I have a source that can help with permanent financing, i.e. 30 yr fixed, interest only 30 year term.

I can have my underwriter look at some prelim terms for your investments if that would interest you as well.

long term rentals are a fantastic long term investment. 

It will take a long time to recoup the cost on a property this size. 

I don't know how long it would take and I'm not even sure I would get a response so I could be wasting time.
