I know the Real Estate Guys talk about/promote Belize quite a bit Some resources here on their site https://realestateguysradio.com/markets/belize/Their podcast is pretty interesting and that link has some links to podcast episodes they've done about Belize..they do promote quite a bit and a lot's of ads compared to the BP podcast....but you can always fast forward of course.. 

They are often taking up the limited parking spaces, which the other tenants are complaining about, hence why i know they are there most of the time.

Would like to know if anyone else has been in this situation and how they handled it.

As far as I know they are weirdly ambivalent about you selling your 1031 exchange to a related party.

Hi Peter, I totally agree, and know a lot of folks believe in its potential. 

I know there are several lawsuits against him from many people.

You should probably engage an entitlement consultant who knows that area, the politics, etc.
