I currently own an Audio Video company and am expanding out to real estate investing. 

I saw few videos where someone was buying a property just like my situation Via ( Note Buying) and profit good out of it . 

In my location the houses are relatively expensive compared to the rental rates.  A really good deal might hit the 1% rule and 2% seems out of the question. There are still plenty of people that buy and rent property ...

How do I deal with that?

Ideally they would be trustworthy, proven track record etc - Two things I'm looking to gain: Experience & Equity.

I will start with the details regarding the property then where I'm at now Back in May of 15' i came across a property that was heading to sheriff sale due to foreclosure, i was planning on bidding cause this house is in the perfect location to me, close to work and my family and has plenty of land etc. which make it ideal for my needs.
