According to market trends (and recordings) in my areas investors have been picking up any and every property that is standing (and some that are not) so if thats the case why are so many of these properties available, expiring, and being listed 4 or 5 times and still not being sold.Hoping someone can shed some light.Thanks!

They do this because land would be about 150k or more for that in the suburban areas so it keeps the land from being littered with trailers everywhere.I can see this being a trend in rural areas or the mountains.Cost for one was said to about 35,000.

That is to say, even if you live in Hicksville or Ballygobackwards it is possible to do great deals locally, it just takes a commitment and I'm specifically referring to continental USA which is a truly unique and wondrous property market.Not only this, but the more rural areas seem to deliver the more consistently profitable opportunities with much less competition whereas the trending and higher population centers are much more expensive with very competitive margins and therefore a higher risk.

If a neighbor used your house as an excuse to use mismatched colors, then the HOA's logic would dictate that other neighbors will too - they just want to prevent a trend in the neighborhood so that everyone doesn't start putting mismatched doors on their homes.
