- Customers that the instant i offered a make things right, decided to post as many bad reviews as possible - if anyone would like to see my offer to pay them back, instantly followed by them creating a flame campaign to discredit me, I'll be happy to oblige - (look at the dates of the communications between us) I even paid some of their fees in advance so we could settle this faster and fairly - but they keep posting how much of a "horrible person" i am...Ask the "Australian group" if i offered to pay them back, and ask them if they got quite nasty the second i made the offer... i'll forward anyone the emails that asks  - you can make your own conclusions.

Here is why I dont invest in Balto ( I stay in AA county )  Healthy Holly , building and permits are horrible , high water bills ( now being held for ransom ) , murder capital of the east coast , high insurance rates , lousy public schools , higher property tax rates , lower if any appreciation , declining population , higher car insurance , corruption in government .

You get a regular paycheck...they make a regular payment...its easier.Not everyone wants to own, in fact, for some people it is a HORRIBLE IDEA!
