They cannot decide what to put as the cause of death, and he was buried 3 weeks ago without an autopsy (the cause of death was 100% natural, although he was not in the best of health).

He is also not in the best of health(don't think he will make it more than a year or two) so I am worried about creditors coming after her.

You should try to get copies from seller broker of all the invoices of utilities and contracted services like garbage, maintenance etc. and also search city fire, police, building and the health inspection records, (they are public records), of their siting any concerns for the building.

As far as health, I'm healthy enough and plan to seek health care in a country where it is cheap when the time comes or even getting citizenship in another country and getting health care completely free?  

As most places the health care, colleges, public schools K-12, city jobs, retail, hotels are stable. 

In all honesty, if this DOES get purchased at auction I'd hope to find another place to purchase with the cash & "steal" them as tenants ; )Due to the condition (it was a health hazard!!!)
