Was wondering if you still felt this was a strong market to invest in or do you only invest in the Greenly area?

@Terence Michael Technically short term rentals aren't allowed in unincorporated Clark County (places like Winchester and Paradise), The city of Las Vegas does allow rentals with some licensing, fees, and regulations.

I was very hesitant about it being green to real estate in general.
