I haven't used them personally but I know other investors who have and they didn't have any issues.Hopefully someone with first hand experience can chime in to give you a more in-depth response.

As Bill said, depth of the line will affect cost, and whether they'll replace one section or have to upgrade the whole line.  

I would prefer to rent to legal gun owners, they have been background checked, and are known to be good citizens, especially in communist Illinois where you FOID card background check is more in depth than pentagon security clearance.

Listen to some podcasts by Andrew Frisella/ MFCEO project if you want a more in depth convo on it.

Or a gambler, who says you're making bold assumptions that he very likely will not win because of the statistics. 

I am only asking question of others to try to get them to talk a little more in-depth about their experiences for the benefit of those starting their journey.
