For a wholesaler the first task is to find enough properties, if your main marketing is web based then you should concentrate on SEO, make sure you come up first in search engines for your market and make it really easy for sellers to get information in the middle of the night when they are awake thinking about their problem. 

I'm no guru or anything, but I can walk you through fundamentals of a deal and where the upside lies and if there's something I don't know, I have people that do.
