We did like NFCU, but they ended their bank transfer service, so it makes it more difficult to pay out our owners.

Title underwriters generally will not insure interests based on a tax deed without a quiet title suit against interested parties because of the difficulties in confirming proper service on interested parties. 

Be mindful of proper service requirements.
