That is an excellent idea however the only way I can live in a four-plex is if my wife kicks me out of our house...which sometimes isn't out of the realm of possibility.

I try to do that every time I can and it is an excellent business practice- one of many things I learned from @J Scott.  

I'm pretty insular by nature, which I'm actively working on; I'm never going to neglect BP as an excellent resource again!
