I am contributing to my education which is essentially and eventually going to contribute to my portfolio.Getting up an hour earlier is a great way to find uninterrupted time.... when I can do it.I write lists, like many others, of the little goals.  

I started writing a response to someone who I thought was essentially asking, "How can I sell a house?"

They would essentially fund the marketing machine for us.

Sometimes people will be frustrated and say "well I'm using them all and still not seeing any results" and it's usually because they haven't taken the time to find out if their audience is there, how they use the platforms, and the most important element engage them to build credibility and awareness.

Any service from an appliance beyond 5-years is essentially free ;-)

That's essentially what you're doing.PMs spend years cultivating relationships with contractors.

I have a note in front of me that only pays 12.1% but is for $60k so I could essentially take down the note passive income and amount in one feel swoop.

I live close enough to this property to keep tabs and do the walk throughs I've learned are essential, but it's not close enough to just drop by a gift or offer a service.
