There are other ways to prevent tire kickers from joining (e.g. knowledge testing, asking for proof of investable money, etc.) but I don't think LU would be interested in these techniques as they would reduce the number of potential members.We have so far only done SFR (4 purchases his year, 5th under contract just today), but we also have been taking advantage of the 200 hours of online video recorded classes But you could've bought these 5 SFRs with basic membership, couldn't you?
