I paid $0.76 per letter, for printing, folding, stuffing, handwriting recipient and return address, putting on the stamp, and then putting in the mail.I just had to email him the list, and letter in doc format.

I'd have to see their service agreement but I would imagine that this was probably a violation of that agreement, if nothing I'd sue the crap out of a property manager for that and file a claim and provide my insurer all info they would need to subrogate against the property manager's liability insurance (provided they have that).Nice to have you here.

Conversely, if I has bought 2 and put 50% down on both - and the market did not work in my favor - I'd imagine that I wouldn't want to be in that position.

I was happy to have a contract nailed out, I would feel weird emailing the contractor back trying to come to a mutual agreement, but I guess it would be beneficial for both of us.The main problem here is getting the damn people out to even look at it.
