It is not scaleable into double digits of properties.There are a ton of online payments, I would just price shop for the best deal this week.Most of all don't over complicate things.

might be true, but my 10% caprate right now looks pretty good - so need to get another spot in greenville next year. yea, some people got shot on the streets, but it wasnt me..yetagain, try getting a multifamily where even rooms can rent for 4 digits 25mins from NYC. just take a car drive from greenville unto the 78... its RIGHT THERE, super convenience w a nice NYC skyline. so close.have to say way better to commute from than my union city places.

when houses are appreciating at double digits each year with no improvements just because of the market, it's a lot easier to do than it may be in the next few years.on the other hand, one good thing about today's financing environment is that you can avoid personal DTI limitations by refinancing into a DSCR loan instead of a conventional loan.
