As part of this rehab, we had some major structural issues that involved temporarily jacking up the house in the basement and knocking down some exterior structural walls.This being an older house, I ended up with a lot of old brick, chunks of concrete slab and chunks of concrete block....several TONS of the stuff.We happen to have two concrete recycling facilities in my area.

Cleveland is very neighborhood specific (some areas are a money pit I'm sure), and with the expansion of Cleveland Clinic and medical facilities in general (and you are starting to see some health care tech companies sprout up), there are several areas that are really revitalizing and appreciation is happening (not like you might get in LA or Austin or Denver, but it is there).

But this is ADA, which covers public facilities like hotels, restaurants, libraries, stadiums etc...it doesn't govern rental properties.Yet HUD grouped SA and ESA into one class and does not seem to address the fact that SA and ESA are very different - a seeing eye dog is a true need and is trained to provide such service, an ESA is untrained and 99% of the time is a stun to get into pet free housing.
