We just moved into a house we bought with cash so my nephew could live in our old house with his small child.

Hello all: any insights or someone been to a similar scenario and would like to share their knowledge would be appreciated.I am interested in a property coming up in a trustee sale at the court steps which has a child support lien on it.

We have a small child so any advice or testimonials would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone every bought a house at a trustee auction with child support liens in California?

I have a wife and newborn currently so uprooting my family too often is not my main goal.  

I don't specifically recall being asked to help with turnover but I will just say that child labor was frequently used so I am sure we were expected to help.    

A student loan account that has 10 different loans showing separately on my report that I got a 60day about 4 or 5 years ago that makes it look like I got a 60d on that many accounts..As well as a old child support case that shows up twice now because it was converted to a court ordered case instead of the agency..of course I am current with a good year history but the old case still shows up and no matter what we do it wont come off..

Same as when our middle child stuck his hand on a hot stove and got burns.  

Since your child doesn't currently have a lot of income, it may be hard for him to qualify for a loan.

As a parent, I know I don't want any of my multifamily investment properties to need a new roof when my child is 18-22.
