You always get a few scammers, a few no shows, but I always text out reminder to them morning of or 2 hours before the meeting time, and block out times to show in about 2 hours, so its not a total waste of my time (ex. bring your laptop and work while waiting.)

Bonjour :-)Property Management is quite a broad term: from cleaning/maintaining the property yourself with a bucket of water and a toolbox, to keeping whole apartment blocks up, running and financially sound.In Europe, the ROI is often low (unless you're doing renovation projects maybe, but these can have other challenges), which forces to keep operating costs low too: DIY as much as possible, or as cheaply as possible.In some cases, it may be harder, if the property is a bit further away etc.

You can link the calendar for the whole house to each individual unit's listing, so that when one unit books, it blocks the calendar for the entire unit so you don't end up with a double booking.

My units are the best on the block, problems handled in 24 hours and my occupancy rate is 100% last 5 years, unless I elect to do significant upgrades to the unit I am fully occupied.
