I came to bigger pockets before even calling an attorney...Has anyone tried direct marketing in the Brooklyn/Staten Island area?

If you were going to be making a purchase in the next 3 years would you keep your money safely "under the mattress" in the bank, or would you place it in the market and accept the risk for the possibly great rewards?

Hey everyone, I am new to bigger pockets and I am very excited to begin my journey!

I have bought and sold over 900 properties for my own inventory and did Bigger Pockets Podcast #82.I've done vacant lots also, both scattered lots and land subdivision and development in 4 local counties.

I am soaking up the Immense amount of knowledge available especially on Bigger Pockets!

I was thinking of saving costs on the next renovation by doing wall AC units (essentially bigger window ACs)
