What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This is typically part of the screening process to ensure that the property meets occupancy standards and to prevent overcrowding.

I have no reason to not trust this agent because he has been very good to me so far but there was no disclosure of this until I read through the contract.

Agent says this happens all the time.

That seems weird to me and would raise red flags for auditors and I want to persue this in the best knowledgeable way possible.  

Any tips or recommendations on getting started are greatly appreciated.

I have analyzed the hold option prior to closing to make sure that if I decided to hold, this deal would cash flow.
