Really middle of the woods unfortunately. 

@Gail W.The price per acre here in Saskatchewan is quite a bit lower than your neck of the woods, primarily due to legislation that is extremely restrictive of foreign ownership of more than 10 acres of land.

@Leah Woods it may be best to check with an attorney, it sounds like you don't own the property under the LLC which may cause problems if you start collecting rent from a personally owned asset into an LLC.

@Roy Gutierrez no brainer, refi at 80% of the value into a low fixed rate with no PMI. 

Yeah, I ripped down some 1/4" plywood into 2 1/4" strips and tacked it on with a bit of wood glue and brad nails.
