BP community,I am looking to fully rehab an interior townhome in westminster Md.

I'm paying minimum 3 dollars a square for interior.

This could be done by adding on to the home, by re-configuring the interior, or both.I am only aware of the ADU laws allowing for one additional unit to the main home.

I could use some local guidance on how far I can push it.I'm upgrading the counters to granite, replacing interior doors with new 5-panels, painting the walls and trim for a more modern look, and replacing all of the fixtures for a similar effect.
