You won't need backer boards to install over concrete (providing the surface is relatively level), so all you need is thinset and you are good to go at about $1.20 per sq feet in material cost.You can also get very nice travertine tile from Home Depot for about $1.66 per sq ft. and a small radiance heating system will take the chill out of the flooring.

It says right in the lease that the landlord will repair items rather than replace them.Just because a stove takes awhile to heat up doesn't mean it doesn't work and you can demand a new one.We also explained that many items they sent us on a list were COSMETIC ITEMS and that the tenant accepted at the time of move in.Only mechanical issues needing repairs and other structure items would be fixed.The other items they were informed would be fixed on their dime.After a couple weeks they stopped asking and still live there.

If the amount of heated living space listed there is less than what the MLS listing says, that could be a sign that it was unpermitted.

I am not taking the Habitat store, I am talking real business furniture dealers that have used stuff, often good things to have- Efficient heating system, depending on age, plus fancy thermostats that can limit the range they operate in (or just a lockbox).

For the shower you can couple the galvanized with a compression fitting.If you like the control, I would pull out the washers and heat it prior to removing the spout pipe.
