Someone has expressed interest in buying the land contract for deed and putting a double wide mobile home with a permanent foundation on the land.I am fine with selling the land contract for deed I was just wondering what would happen if the buyer defaulted on their payment while still making payments on their double wide mobile home?

Are you guys doing besides the mechanicals,roof,foundation and cosmetic inspections.My background is in new construction and am going to start with flips and was wondering if you do other inspections such as termites and gas line inspections during your due diligence.I dont want to over look something that will cost...Thanks
