They are different exposures and will likely get caught in underwriting when you have an inspection by the insurance company. 

(*Note: we waver on the slightly neurotic side when it comes to environmental health - I'm sure most people would be totally fine living in this county, plus our soil tests showed totally normal levels of heavy metal exposure.  

You can't have hundreds of thousands (or more) die due to exposure, lack of hospital space, and no government response.

Look at all the triple net reit stocks trading off 50-75%, I could get similar exposure if I just bought those at a much lower price point.I just wonder that once the 1031 buyers/sellers burn off, would the market slow?

I am kind of worried about my liability exposure with something happening on her side of the property.

I listened in on a webinar on raising money in a changing market from another site earlier this week where a team of savvy investors went out of their way to teach us listeners how to get other investors to trust us with their cash (aka "use private money") in these unstable times where traditional lenders limit their exposure by tightening their lending rules so we can continue with our business.

I have lightened the C class assets over last year so my exposure there is less.

It’s thin for that level of house but you would learn a lot and you don’t have too much exposure, as you pointed out.

I just don't want to waste my time and take unnecessary risk of exposure.
