Hey @Devon Moore not sure where or why you'd lean towards a land lease unless that's standard for this developer.In my experience its difficult to capitalize deals with ground leases involved.  

I could possibly offer content on what NOT to do in some situations, including syndications....

@Samantha Stephens my experience is the property is only available for those will OO to bid on during this period.
